ILLAWARRA/ST. GEORGE YOUNG BIRD SHOW 2008
Illawarra and St. George Branches celebrated their 32nd Combined Young Bird Show
at the Koonawarra Community Hall, Koonawarra on Sunday, 21st September, 2008.
The show attracted 45 exhibitors from Orange, Central Coast, Canberra, Shoalhaven,
Illawarra regions and metropolitan Sydney and Peter Dodd, Andre Ozoux, Bob Bourke
and Jean Painter judged the 425 birds benched. Both our Branches were most pleased
to see that a number of our newer members were in the winners’ circle.
Sponsors, Elenbee Bird Seeds were kept busy on the day with their well-stocked trade stand.
